PRINCE STEFAN BORN TO THE SERBIAN ROYAL HOUSE
February 25, 2018, Crown Prince Alexander and his wife Katherine, Crown Princess of Yugoslavia, announced a new member of the Serbian Royal Family. Princess Danica, the wife of Prince Philip of Yugoslavia, gave birth to a boy named Stefan in Belgrade.
This significant event has been marked by the sound of bells in the Church of Saint Sava, Belgrade. This order was given by the Irinej, Serbian Patriarch. The last time the bell of the Church of Saint Sava rang was in 1936, when Princess Elizabeth of Yugoslavia, the only daughter of Prince Paul and Princess Olga of Yugoslavia (the eldest daughter of Grand Duchess Elena Vladimirovna), now the oldest representative of the Serbian Royal House, was born.
